Feature overview

A map of what Statable can do. Use it to find the right doc page for whatever you want to set up next.

Dashboard

Your most important numbers, at a glance, for any date range:

  • Visitors. Unique visitors with daily reset, cookieless.
  • Sessions. Visits with a 30-minute inactivity window.
  • Pageviews. Total page loads, including SPA navigation.
  • Bounce Rate. Sessions with a single pageview.
  • Session Duration. Average time per session.
  • Engagement Time. Active time on the page, measured from focus, blur, and tab visibility, so time in a background tab or while idle doesn't count.
  • Views Per Session. Average pages per session.

Metric-by-metric explanations: Unique Visitors and the rest of the Basics encyclopedia.

Reports

Every metric can be sliced by dimension. Built-in reports:

  • Pages. Top, Entry, Exit.
  • Sources. Full traffic source breakdown.
  • Channels. Grouped sources (Organic Search, Direct, Social, Referral, etc.).
  • Referrers. Exact referring URLs.
  • UTM parameters. Five dimensions (source, medium, campaign, content, term).
  • Browsers, Operating Systems, Devices.
  • Geo. Countries, Regions, Cities.
  • Status Codes. 200, 404, 5xx breakdowns.

Real-time

Last 30 minutes of activity: current visitors, top active pages, top active sources, live geo. Useful for confirming a deploy, watching a launch, or feeling the pulse of the site.

Filters and segmentation

Every report can be filtered:

  • 23 built-in filter dimensions across pages, sources, devices, and geo, plus unlimited custom properties.
  • 8 operators. is, is not, contains, does not contain, begins with, does not begin with, ends with, does not end with.
  • AND / OR logic with explicit boolean grouping.

Filters apply dashboard-wide and are shareable via URL.

Date ranges

  • 10 presets. Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Month to date, Last month, Year to date, Last 12 months, All time.
  • Custom range. Any start and end date.
  • Compare mode. Overlay the previous period or year.
  • Keyboard shortcuts for common ranges.

Goals

Three goal types:

  • Pageview goal. Fires when a specific page (or URL pattern) is viewed.
  • Scroll depth goal. Fires when a visitor scrolls past a chosen percentage on a page.
  • Custom event goal. Fires when a named custom event is recorded.

See Goals.

Custom events and properties

Track button clicks, form submissions, signups, and any other interaction. Events can carry custom properties (revenue, plan, A/B variant) for filtering and segmentation. See Custom Events.

Embed widgets

Public-facing components you can drop on your own site:

  • Live Globe. Rotating 3D globe with active visitor pins.
  • Map. Flat 2D world map with country shading.
  • Top Countries. Text list of top traffic sources.
  • Live Users. Simple visitor counter.

All widgets pull from the public site hash (read-only). See the Widgets section.

Migration

Already on GA4? Statable can import your historical data:

  • GA4 import. Pulls past pageviews, sessions, and events from your Google Analytics property.

See Migration.

Privacy

Privacy is built in:

  • Cookieless tracking. No cookies, no localStorage IDs, no fingerprinting.
  • DNT / GPC respected. The script silently does nothing when a visitor's browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
  • Daily visitor reset. Visitor identity resets every 24 hours, server-side.
  • IP blocklist and hostname allowlist. Site-side controls under Site settings → Blocklist.
  • GDPR-friendly by default. No cookie banner needed in most jurisdictions.

Full reference: Privacy & data collection.
