Service status

Check whether the dashboard, the tracking script, the public API, or the widget service is degraded before debugging your own setup.

Live status

The badge updates automatically. Green means every service is healthy; any other color signals an active incident or maintenance window.

For full incident history, scheduled maintenance, and per-component uptime, open the full page:

When to check the status page

Open the status page first when:

  • The dashboard fails to load or stays blank
  • Numbers stop updating in real-time views
  • Tracking events disappear from a site that was working yesterday
  • A widget shows no data on a public page
  • The public Stats API returns 5xx errors

If everything is green, the issue is local — keep troubleshooting with the rest of the Help section.

Reporting a problem

If the status page says everything is operational but something is broken on your account, contact support with:

  • Site URL and approximate time the issue started
  • A short description of what you expected vs. what happened
  • A screenshot or browser console error if you have one
